Change a demi-gods negative stat

The idea is this:
you can pay a large amount of DMU/LF cache to change the negative stat of one of your demi gods to something random. For example you have a demi who looks something like this:
Ability:
Increased defence--2.36%
Decreased turn production by 1
You could pay a large sum of DMU/LF to change the "Decreased turn production by 1" to another stat at random. So it could end up looking like this:
Ability:
Increased defence--2.36%
Decreased income--3%
Obviously it would need to be expensive so people cant just keep changing the negative stat until they get one that suits them the best. Would also need to be a weighted cost between the tiers. Dont want a tier 3 being the same price to change as a tier 1 for example. Keeping the change random would mean thought would have to be put in as you could end up with a negative that was worse than your previous one.
