Start Bank Capacity

Hello everyone again. I wanted to get people's opinions on this idea also.

As you know, recently the new account stats on Main server were adjusted, so that they got an increased bank size upon start (1T base). I've just been thinking about this. And rather than leave it till its needed, do you think it's worth setting up a system, where new accounts get some level of assistance, based off other players.

Currently I'm just thinking of something like their start bank capacity being some magnitude of the top (or a number of top) players to determine their initial capacity.
For example, if we assume the top income is about 5,000/turn. Then 100x this would be a bank capacity of 500,000. I know the beta testers have got 1m bank capacity, but this would allow for a dynamic bank space, essentially set by the current size of the game, and avoid a review down the track.

Thoughts?

bank capacity .... what to say...
wish it were there
and even if it starts small ... it cost to much to improve it
leaving no choice but weapons, but to use weapons

Depends on how you want it honestly, but the price to increase like mentioned above is not cost effective.

First 3 months: Cost of next spy level
Next 3 months: 3/4 of next spy level
After that: based on unit-production

Though you could always also just decrease the cost per upgrade. :-k

How about 50% of the current capacity to upgrade?
