attack turns

I was just wondering, is it best to attack someone with full 15 turns or maybe 3 times 5 turns or anything else? Does it really matter?

just go for the full 15 turns, you can farm more people before you get attacked back

It matters a great deal.
Anything less than 15AT and you start losing out big time.
For max naq, 15AT and declare war.
