Where can one request for offensive names to be changed?

Has the alliance been deleted already? I don't see any offensive names currently.
I suppose game cops can cover things like this in that they can ban the creator of the alliance if they refuse to change it. However, I am sure that if asked nicely, offensive names will be changed.
