e. Posting for banned users.
Posting for banned users is strictly prohibited with the exception of posting for a banned user in the Ombudsman's Corner; if do you post for a banned user you take full responsibility for the content posted. As such, the content of messages from a banned user is required to be utterly respectful.
Consequence:
The user posting for the banned user will be given one warning point and the post(s) will be removed. If posting for a banned user when allowed (in the Ombudsman's Corner), then should the content breach any rule the consequences will be applied to the account posting the content, not the account it was posted for.

b. Replies
Replies will be considered spam if they do not contribute to the discussion of the topic, or derail the topic from the intended purpose as defined in the opening post. This may include multiple replies that contain nothing more than emoticons or small words such as ‘lol’. While it is appropriate to indicate something is amusing, drowning out a whole thread with such posts makes it hard to follow for all users.
Note:
Replying to the official post of a Moderator in a topic is spam. Discussing the action that the Moderator has taken belongs in the correct sections of the forum, or in private messages.
Consequence:
A polite note from a moderator will be personally issued requesting the user cut down the amount of irrelevant posts. Repeat offenders will be given one warning point.

Image contains the word f**k which is against forum rules and constitutes masking.
b. Profanity
The use of all profanity on the SGW forums is prohibited at all times. This means swearing, cursing, and vulgarity. This includes the use of masking. Profanity in images (such as in signatures), videos linked (such as YouTube), or in articles linked is also prohibited.
Note:
Masking is using characters, HTML tags, or anything else to express a word that would otherwise be filtered; in other words, it's bypassing the filter. Profanity not a part of the main focus of the page being linked (such as advertisements or comments) will not be policed as they can change quickly and easily.
Consequence:
When only minor profanity is used, only a Verbal Warning may be issued. In all other cases a Board Warning will be issued. In the case of Masking a Board Warning will always be issued.
