Sadly the video is gone.
However, I'd say you couldn't hope to be 100% free, because the only way would be to be alone in the world, the last man on Earth (and not like in Last Man on Earth filled with zombies lol). There will always be rulers and ruled. Nuances in differences of freedom for ruled in different societies, but the notion to be "completely free" is a theory unless you were the only one left. Then you wouldn't have limits to your freedom (someone having his/her own freedom clashing with yours).
Anyway, I would add that some ideologies are really based on mass propaganda and misinformation to create a new kind of human. Communism, fascism, Nazism, Islamism...and last but not least, socialism. Ah well, until you remain out of any of these kind of regimes you cannot really get how far does the propaganda go. It doesn't take long to a clear mind to realize that. I knew socialism and political correctness/new conformism was a danger, but I didn't expect it to be that silly and hypocritical as well.
