Well, you can do that manually. As long as you know how many weapons you have.
I'll see if I can improve the report. To reflect some of that information.

I've taken Calesta suggestion onboard.
Now, if your covert power (not the anti-covert) is greater than 1/2 of the attackers inbound covert power, you'll have a 10% chance of who launched the sabotage against you.

covert can be Over powered cause the weapons are destroyed.
what if a larger chunk of those weapons that were going to be destroyed, say the same % of surviving spys from the sab, were stolen rather than destroyed? then there is a chance you could steal them back, rather than having to grind for naq to buy new ones.
down side is in a war situation it make sabbing 2x as powerful. not only does the victim loose X power, the attacker gains X power.
Perhaps another idea would be the ability to scrap the destroyed weapons, getting 1/2 the naq you would if you sold working weapons. Which would approximate sing the not so broken parts to make new weapons.

I think for the time being, I'd like to see how the current chances go.
If people still believe it to be over-powered, I'll remove the minimum 1 weapon damaged, and see if I can get it to remove a certain amount of strength instead.

I updated the sabotage log, to provide what weapons were destroyed in the sabotage.
The person who has a sabotage attempt against themselves, has a 10% chance of discovering the enemy, if the defenders covert power is at least 50% of the aggressors
Adjusted the power of covert and AC, power now increases approximately 50%/spy level
Successful sabotages result in 0-5% losses for attacker
Chance to loose 25% of your sent spies, if your covert power is over 2x the enemies
Failed sabotages result in 50% losses
A weapon will be destroyed, even if 2% of the weapons is less than the weakest weapon power.

ok my covert and anti covert went from over 56000 + power to almost nothing
its like I went from skill level 10 to skill lvl 1

Everyone will go down to a similar level. Working on getting all the covert powers to update.

it is a massive decrease ... but could bring back a straight up fight
it is weird though that i fell so far in the covert ranking while having so many trained

That's what I'm hoping for yes. If it works out, I'll work to make attacks a little more useful, so that there's not just covert actions like before

I think its because you trained/untrained, and others didn't, so their power didn't update. Working on making it happen every turn. Bare with me

Stats should now update from turn to turn now. All users I believe have their covert power updated.
If you encounter bugs/issues with the new updates, please let me know. I noticed an issue or two so far, mostly cause I was lazy (copy/paste code)
