I just clicked this and apparently nobody is playing the game and there are no records displaying.

also, my bank is broken:

Increase from 0 to 0 for 0 Naquadah

which means i can never have any bank space

Bank's been reported before; it'll update as soon as you click on it after the next turn change.

Ranks confirmed, empty for me too.

indeed it did.
so just hoping for some fix/clarification on ranks.

in the meantime, I've just used my attack history to farm. not sure if you guys had gotten the same idea, just figured I'd pass it along.

Battle logs working a treat.

AT production, not so much

I have sent a text to Forum about this, I will call him at 9am Gametime if it is not yet fixed by then. It appears part of the 'turn change update' does not work properly.

In the meantime, the battle logs (for those who attacked earlier) and "Go to ID" are functional as a work around; on the Universal Rankings page, enter an ID (id 1 gets you the most officers, ie. targets). Works for all who have officers.

I am sorry for the delay; rest assured that this will be fixed on the 29th, provided the problem is what we suspect.
