officers

what is the point to have officers if you cant see his logs,they dont help you att all with nothing...the only positive point to have one is when you spy him you see evrything from first spy?

Says it all really, the point is to create a semblance of a loyalty structure; i.e. make it possible to 'declare your allegiance' to someone. Usually indicates who someone's friends are, but since there is (at the moment) no means of 'kicking' false friends, that is a lot less valuable.
