Anyone got their hopes up ?

Seriously though, with OE taking in DC, and as its seemingly on the brink of war, who do you think would be at the top ranks after a week if they start this Monday?

And don't give me the ranks mean nothing speech, they've been tip toeing around one another the last week for rank 1 like a bunch of fairies

If OE and DDE war, others will be pulled into it.

its an interesting one mr dodgers,

certainly OE knew that taking in DC was a controversal move, seeing as the bad tensions between DC and DDE are still so present

even moreso seeing as DC have not been building or fighting, so it could be that OE see that they will fit in nicely,

or they are happy to have people sit with no stats seeing as there surrender has not been accepted

either way the future is not bright for ex-DC members

Why would there be a need for more to be drawn in ?
A clean war between these stallions of alliances would be of epic magnitude already

DDE would wh00p OEs butts really, ... but that's just my opinion

I will politely ask that DDE refrain from any inapropriate comments for the time being while DP and i talk on msn.

To be honest, regardless of everybody thinking it will drag everybody in, I don't think it will.

Maybe back in the day where both alliance were full of many active people, neither of them quite have the gravitational pull that they once did. The fact that most know that it will end in a war for at least a year, I think neither will have much support.

On talking to people from all factions, it is inevitable, we all know what the stalling is but when either leaders wakes up one day with a tactical reason, hell will freeze over and a new era will be born. I bet we'll see level 41s within the month.

I don't really want it to happen, because, it will be the last war some people will fight and to fight you once upon a time friends is not a good way to see through to the eventual end.

Anyway, I'm gonna go have a beer, enjoy your forum trolling Duck, it was a good one, I can say I am extremely jealous I didn't think of it first

Open war between OE and DDE ? Highly unlikely IMO, still some good old friendships & respect between several senior members, and both sides know it would be unwinnable as neither could ever afford to back down. Would be far better to resolve any disputes in private with team battles.

That said, if it did kick off it would escalate. When two empires clash they both end up with members thinking they have 'nothing to lose' and getting mass-happy, sooner or later these members mass someone outside the war for whatever reason, and those people join the opposite side.

I doubt anyone would really leave because if it, hell, I bet it would air some frustration too

Why is it when these two names are involved, everything must go to the extreme?, like, everyone needs to be involved, it will last a year if not years, people will leave ...
Sounds a bit over the top if you ask me.
And before those lvl 41s come into play, I wouldn't mind seeing them 40s Pitt it out against one another.


Seriously though, OE, DDE, dont get your panties in a bunch, the forum could do well with some more light heart-ed banter from you guys instead of everything ending up in the extremes.
