Ive been questing this for long enough now and now I must know... What is Influence Power on ascended?
For a while I thought it was your population rank but with the top 10 greatest expanses page the two rank are very different

Please help

it doesnt mean a lot, if you increase your charisma and fleets, it will go up briefly, besides that it relies on your physical expanse, but it doesnt mean anything really.

Rankused to be determined by this, but they realised it wasnt such a good idea, and reverted to something more sensible.

The 'going up briefly' should be fixed now. Sol mentioned doing something to it earlier.

influence power is a mix of charisma and planets.

charisma=charisma lvl...i thought i could skip out the whole "physical power charisma level" ordeal.
CER is a mix of fleets and charisma so I don't know why you would consider both choices when i just said charisma

Basically influence power is practically meaningless, consider it like the ME rank on main, except influence power slightly affects the overall rank (but that's really all it does).
