a decent TOC on ascended ?

Playing ascended and been working on all those levels, reading the accounts for sale the TOC part seems to be important so just wondering what is a decent level to aim for. got mine at Total Offensive Capacity 977,263,542 which seems to be pretty poor !

3B is a useful, and relatively inexpensive TOC.
For dedicated descenders, 4.5B is nice.. or go all in and get the top TOC.. 7B.
Average should be like 2B or so, Sol could confirm if he wants to.

have MNEC 50 levels higher than attack roughly to boost UR TOC more

3b is high it will get you into the top 50. 4b will get you into the top 15.
however, 2b is relatively achievable and is pretty average on the active players

Nah, FM said 3b is high, and top 50; with 2 bil avg.
which is much, much closer to the truth than calling 3b relatively inexpensive.
I have over 2.5b, and am currently ranked 78...
(inactives included, descended, vacationed, or PPT-recovery mode not included.)

It is relatively inexpensive to the top TOC, like I said. I did mention 7B.

I just have 3 demi's that give me 34% increase TOC and a raw over 2.5 bil.

If you have a 34% increase then i did something wrong
You can find the top 10 TOC's and see how you compare anyway, 3 bill is usually good, but the bigger the better, same with everything else in this game.
