i haven't made any ties in the NG world and would like to find someone to talk to.
it saves you from getting attacked from me.
and it'll add an officer to your list.
however i would like to find someone that doesn't have many officers.
and i need whoever is willing to be my CO to be able to keep in contact.
no much required but i would like my CO to be someone who is ascending-focused with me.
