Its not a bug, you missed your chance to accept the broker. So it expired and went back to him.

i lost three hundred tril due to unknown updates already this year. that is 1/179th what i kost cuz bank update screwd me

the broker was made by me to him he did not ok it so now i should be able to get the naq bk but it went in to Expired.
so say i sent you 100t u did not ok it then i would not get my 100t bk
