I'd like to see an auto war set if someone steals a planet.
ie I steal someones planet, I auto set him to war
If someone steals mine, they set me to autowar
Gives a little more risc to stealing someones planets.

Why punish the guy who has a large enough fleet to take the planet in under 19 hits?
Why reward the guy for not building defences on his planets?

Its not punishing them, its only a war set.
Who mentioned anything about undefended planets ... as if there are no planets with defenses.
I think it should come with the territory of stealing planets.

I steal a 20k UP planet, with no defences...
The opposition gets a nice war setting...
Lush!

Yes, so planet thieves get freeby action when they steal and hop to ppt ?
They could still do that and neutral set the target 24 hours later.
Stealing should have consequences though

and what about when you sell a planet?
what next ppl will want auto response buttons for everything soon, might as well let us all play using scripts
rather a planet wasn't covered under a ppt for first 24hrs or same amount of time you have to take it back without a ppt.

If someone buys a planet, I don't think the seller will use the war setting.

Gives a little more risc to stealing someones planets.
This maybe needs abit more thought, imagine you take a planet from someone, you auto set war, they come on set you to war destroy your account in seconds with war/war settings, then go on ppt, reset the war settings before it ends.
I could see this being exploited.

I think it's retarded, personally
but that's my opinion. I don't mind though, would make my planets safer

That's a consequenc to taking plant. You'll get massed only quicker with this idea.
Have a war setting no need to use it sales can just sell and not attack back.

To be honest, I'm inclined to agree. I agree it is exploitable, but in reality, taking such an asset, how is it not a deceleration of war. I'm pretty sure if one country took anothers island, they'd just go "ah well, it's only an island, what's it matter"
