I made one raid today and few hours later, I was able to ascend.
After ascending I increased my UP a bit, but was unable to raid (Daily Integration Remaining: 0.)

On earlyer ascension, I was able to raid in one day and after I ascended, I was able to raid again. Now, even my UP is bigger as was before ascension, I am not able to.

you can raid only one time per day...after 00:00 gametime you can raid again...you can raid on 23:59 and one more time on 00:31 gametime...

Not exactly; you can raid as many times per day as you want until you reach your Daily Integration limit. Ascension does not reset the DI; as explained in another thread.
