I dunno, 1MILLION G&R.... That'd take what, 2000 days 
1,000,000G&R / 10G&R per turn (top 3 players) = 100,000 turns
100,000turns / 48turns (turns/day) = 2983 Days
2083 DAYS before removing PPT once. Sound fair?

im not bothered by that either.
1,000,000 G&R + 5T naq = remove 1 person from ppt once
its good. Put it in, see how many times its used.

Also, did you miss the part, where it would take 5 YEARS to save that level of G&R, maintaining top3 the entire time.
