Perg bug

So I started farming today and everything was fine, until I found a farm that I couldn't attack because I had apparently used 60 turns against him/her. Later I found 2 more. The funny part is that the server time was 3:40 and the last time I farmed was the previous day. Unless 24 hours is counted 12:00-12:00 instead of 00:00-00:00 I would say this is a bug

24 hours is counted since the first attack.

Correct, not a bug. Its always been the 24 hour period before now (ie current ingame time) that limits you otherwise people would sit on the treshold and bash out 60 before and after a daily time based reset
