/When you ascend, which resources do you lose? Just Naq and UU? Or also Miners (not including lifers)?

Also If I would trade my resources to an inactive player before ascending, would I be able to cancel me trade after ascension? Or would I have to wait until the trade timed out and make sure im online when the trade times out?

naq, UU, attack turns, any trained units (except lifers)
you would have to wait 48 hours, and be online (or better yet, on PPT) when it expires; best to just find an active player to help you with it
