anybody have it? Opinions?

I think this game was awesome. Even though its cellshaded graphics it suits the game perfectly, and it was a hell of a lot of fun to play through. Thinking about playing through it again. It also has amazing dlc (sercret armory, zombie island)

Oh I hear you brother. Borderlands is still sitting perched atop my favourite games of this generation. Have played through numerous times, both co-op and single player, and had a blast every time.

I don't know why you make a concession for cell-shading... I think it was a gorgeous game, with heavily varied environments. The aesthetics were top notch.

Witty dialogue, interesting characters. The story (excluding DLC) was a bit throw away, but that's not why I played it. Good balance between FPS and RPG elements (and enough difference between classes to ensure there's replayability), the addition of skill reset, and not making the irritating Diablo mistake of relying on UBER weapons to make characters viable for high level play throughs.

Mix in Co-op, the most under utilised mechanic on the face of the planet, and what more could any person ask for.

This game was awesome. And if anyone didn't like it, [zoidberg] they're obviously a terrible person and should feel bad. [/zoidberg]

I never said cell-shaded was bad, its just not seen alot and when it is, its usually executed terribly.

I just re-downloaded my dlc. I will be playing it tomorrow most likely, possibly tonight.

Yeah, I'll be resisting the urge to get it until I have the time to play. Did the same thing with Skyrim.

Was it really that good? I brought it for my little brother a while back but never played it myself, guess its worth a steal next time I go round?

I will be honest, I didn't understand that game's potential until I started playing Co-op. That's where the game shines.
