I'm looking into making the recruitment more useful. 1 unit for someone to join up is a bit pointless with such large accounts.
So, I'm taking opinions about how much bonus you should get. I'm thinking like 10% of your UP as a bonus. Also, loyalty bonus for officers, so the bonus you give your CO increase over time.
