cuz of the house he is in. Boomer isn't int that house so your phased to him but not jedi

Cheaters house stops that.
Plus theres no way you can hit someone while they are alreay phased. Boomer phased me before JT started massing me.

Disciples of Amun (Swiftness) Reduces Effect of Defender Realm Alert by 10percent , time delay by 50 pct.
For enemy house, reduces realm alert by 50 percent .

Assuming that Rudy had been in the alliance for 5 days and qualified for the Cheaters house bonus then this is indeed a bug since it is supposed to remove all house bonuses in battles. Although i would point out that defended attacks do not count towards phasing, but still, if he was phased to someone who was not getting swiftness house bonus and not to someone who was, as the comments indicate, it is a bug.
