Blood Realm, brought to you by GW players

Blood realm...2 men enter 1 man leaves concept...when 2 alliances agree to war they go in, are locked in for the duration, and no other player or alliance can touch then....if a player leaves his or her alliance they are out, disqualified.
Remove the war/war only and replace it with the nox/ critical but have to where war/war comes in half the normal time.
Resources can only be gained by broker or market.
Scoring system..there are many ways to do it, DDE has a scoring system that can clock ME tallies during wars by minute, hour, day, month, year, years.....I realize players will be reluctant to use it because it's DDE's and all of that jazz..I'm not talking about the data base, but the actual scoring system..it is based on ME entries, it tracks kills, losses and the differentials per player...it can also be customized to score ME apart from the ingame points given..so for example the naq farmed won't be as high a factor as it is ingame now, but killing spies, defense supers, ms and planet stats will..
This is a rough outline here and before I leave this game I would very much like to see a system where players are free to play the game in more than 1 scenario without worrying about some idiot with a hyped up account killing off thier resources just for the hell of it..in other words sitting on them ( I hate that term but there it is)
Now couple this with some practical adjustments such as caps, power adjustments and the new mass adjustments and you have a variety of ways people can freely play.

**Duration..options. Minimum 1 week, maximum 6 months
**Scoring..can be done by using an ingame M.E. counter or an outside customizable M.E. counter
**Format..
-2 alliances or player locked in for the duration
-participants cannot attack outside or be attacked from outside of the realm
-participants cannot be added once it begins
-if a participant leaves the realm they are out
-nox and crit available but war/war will kick in at 1/2 the normal attacks
-will include ascended lock in so all out war will be possible between the participants

Like GNR points used for market and ascended..Blood points generated and can be used the same way but for blood realm only.
