Has built at least 1 million Cosmic Expansion Rate (Recommended 197 charisma and 38,171 fleets)

Bought at least level 150 for attack and covert physical levels and at least 70 for the other physicals

Has powered up to at least level 130 in maximum natural energy capacity (MNEC) level

Has powered up to at least level 80 in attack power and attack skill

Has powered up to at least level 100 in all other personal levels


Pretty sure I have done all of those things

As in completed them before and they appeared again or you have indeed reached the requirements of the achievement?
If it's the latter then:

There are certain key pages that will check your achievements, i.e you should just be able to visit the powerup page to get all your powerups things checked for that achievement set.
