well that tells you nothing at all.
do you get access to brokers like in main with all of the "mechanics" that come with that?
OR
these trades are performed via a profile page by simply sending resources without the broker-like payment?

there is still the question of actual limits of each resource, as well as is there an outgoing limit? meaning: can i trade with 100 different people up to their limit? and in case of brokers, any limits there?

i'd like to know a little bit more before i consider buying it.

There is a limit to how many turns, currency, and units, a person can receive (per day)- limited to:
their own natural unit production each day for units
1 days worth of turns
100x their max currency carrying capacity at the start of the day.
