help on my fundraising :)

well my school does a senior carnival that helps us fundraise money for our prom. we try to come up with new game ideas every year, the one game we always have is shooting basketball and the cake walk. does anyone have any great idea on games and prizes and all that stuff. remember most people will be all kid 18 and below. also the carnival is inside our gym:)

boat race. teams of 4/5, all get a pint. first person downs, when they finish, next one downs... and so on...winning team is first done

1) google carnival games and similar such stuff.
2) potato sack race.
3) dunking booth... aka "dunk the teacher/principal" booth...
(just a few yards / meters outside the gym doors on the way to the athletic fields.)
3.5) maybe also dunk the class president / class treasurer booth.
( they will both sleep better knowing that they gave of themselves.
)
4) prize raffles, (though not sure if that would be considered gambling in your locale.)
5) talent show?
6) billards / foosball / airhockey tourneys?
7) tug-o-war... on those blue gym mats for safety.
your town's largest pillow fight?
9) bake sale at the carney...
