Hi.. I know there be lots of paypal users here so I want to ask here.

I want to move all my money to another account, but I fear the transfer may cost me some money. I believe i was told that a transfer from personal account to another personal account is 0% trasnfer fee. Is that true?

so does this mean that for buy/selling stuf on paypal, best account is personal type?

Personal and gift tends to be the preferred method of paypal transfer. There is still a fee, but a minor fee all things considered as long as things aren't being sent overseas
