Do not do that propaganda-thing. The dude is no Christian, just some random American. Not all Americans are Christians, regardless of how they portray themselves as a nation.

As for the chaos.. the film is not the one causing the chaos. A few (mind you, nowhere near all) Muslims are protesting - violently so. *grin* Not that I am disagreeing with the protests, if someone made a movie insulting my family, I would be somewhat pissed off as well..
However, there is the matter of historical accuracy.. Mohammed (pbuh) did not come out of the desert and everyone followed him at the mere mention of Jibril and Allah's message. You know as well as I do that the 'sword' played an almost as important role as the 'word' in the early history of Islam.

Any representation which focuses on only one of the two is incorrect.

Killing someone is never the answer.
And attacking people from the same country, who had NOTHING to do with the film. Is far from being justice.
There must be another way to deal with situations such as these.
I can understand why people are offended. But murder is not how you repair this damage.

I've personally not seen it and neither will I, I don't need to.
My question to then Aisar, (in a completely neutral sitting on the fence way) is how do you feel about the US Ambassador that was killed as part of the uprising.
I understand the annoyance, but I don't understand the sheer want for violence as a result. I'm not a religious man, I would like to understand the extreme views of some however...

The killing of the Ambassador was a reaction to the willful destruction of Libya, its people, its government and its infrastructure by the United States and their allies in their 'fight against Ghadafi', not part of the response to this film.

Exactly.
It has since been appropriated by the protestors, though, but that is nonsense.

Reminds me of the 'lone gunman'-theory.

The guy that directed the movie has some major issues regarding drugs. Maybe it's just me but sacking an embacy and killing an ambasador and several other fighters because of a movie some poor junkie on acid made is in the realm of the rediculous and disgusting, just like the movie he made.

No. Do not say things like this, even in jokes.

Oh really? I suppose you've been to Libya and asked the people who participated in the attack on the embassy?
I suppose your more reliable than the news - which is obviously just goverment funded propoganda filled nonsense?
I also suppose you didn't see Aisar's reaction in regards to wanting to kill somebody in reaction to the video? That a reaction like that and timing did not catalyst an event that may or may not have followed?

Hmm... "exactly" & "agreed"
