So if some mod decides to link on the video to bring up the real page to the video and sees a word thats filtered on here from a comment and warns the person who posted the video.

What will the Admins do about this? Will the Admins overturn the warning? Or Will the admins not do it due to the user should see what the comments are before posting the video?

Note: These are for the Admins only to answer. :-)

I don't think you read the rule correctly.

Code: Select all

Profanity not a part of the main focus of the page being linked (such as advertisements or comments) will not be policed as they can change quickly and easily.

ie, profanity in the lyrics of a music video is masking, profanity in the comments to that video are not masking.

ie, you link to a speech and if its got masked words it is masking however if comments on the speech are profane/masked it is not masking.
Ahh ok, Just wanted to make sure. :-)

Thank you for taking your time to answer
