I am trying to determine how income is calculated and was interested if there is a bonus if one does not have a commander. If so, is it 10% like the main?

There are no bonuses to having a commander or officers in NewGrounds.
It is simply a way to 'connect', show allegiance, stuff like that. Commanders do get free spy reports on all their officers though.

fun fact there is no rule there making your comander not allowed tp be your officer

Yes, the same dude, but 2 different accounts. Sketchy deal, that.

i dont think hed multi .... but look into it for me if you would if thats the case.... ill drop him in main aswell

No, the minute I told him he was playing with 2 accounts (he did not realise he was doing that) he requested I delete the youngest account. Seems legit.
