why do posts in dump keep being locked?

there used to be a 2 week rule on dumped things,

if your going to lock it you might as well delete things entirely

btw good post Wolvie, would be curious to know how many warnings said former admin got for his use of non english in his thread header... not like he didn't know the rules is it :-"

The bad thing is Femme, the same post which got changed to english, later on had a different non english name. Funny that

Sayings, mottos, and other small phrases not in English are not against the rules. This is true whether you're a former-admin, an admin, a mod, or regular user, or anyone else.

*EDIT*
And also I agree, if a post is moved to the Public Dump it should be because it was off-topic. It doesn't then need to be locked, as what is the harm in some dumb off-topic thread in the Public Dump being posted in? None.
