Hey guys,
Whats the most efficent use of naq at acention to get a decent chunk of APP when you ascend?

Covert lvls
Trained Troops

And I think this can be moved to a better topic

Covert AND anticovert levels - they give a nice APP rate without requiring a lot of UU (like increasing your UP or training a lot of soldiers does), are always useful to have, and the first even gives you the bank space you need to keep the naq to upgrade them.
