discrepancy between attack level rating and actual attack

i have a reat high def but when someone attacks me i have an actual damage of 2-3 million lower

There are some random factors when attacking and being attacked. Your exact strike/defense action wont be what you attacked or defended at.
Since its most likely a percentage, and since you have a pretty high defense power, the random factor will affect you more than you noticed when you were lower powered
