Since I'm getting close I'd like to know how many already have it or better?

Myself, ETL and wasmguy have 41s (wasmguy rumored to have 42.., no confirmation and still had 41 several weeks ago)
Billzebud and Duderanch have 40/40.. (I think kaboomer in DDE does too, I know DDE has at least two with 40, just dont remember who it is.
Feri has AC 40..

and you can add two more people who have yet to buy it but have the naq needed, its only a matter of time when they decide to press the button

nOOb question: If a level 41 has 100 spies, does that mean to match it a level 40 trains 200 spies?

no covert lvls increase is roughly 1.44 i think each lvl so a lvl 40 would need about 44% more spies to equal depending on covert planets
