Achievements how do i attempt to descend someone?

Go to someone's stats page and hit 'Attack ... directly'.
You will need 10 times their defence in strike power.

Because if you descend someone, their Ascended account is 'shut down' for 2 weeks; and their Main account does not receive Ascension-related bonuses. (I.e. no Ascended Blessing, no income/stat increase.. nothing.)

One hit is enough for the achievement.

Sovif i have to wait the 3 hrs does that mean i desxendedvhim? Sry i dont understand ascended at all but its the last thing i got to do for this achievement lol

No. When it says at the bottom of the attack log "such and such was descended as a result of the battle!!!" is when you've descended them. Most accounts take a minimum of 4 hits to descend.

No. You are working on this achievement, am I right?

Young Entity
Has built at least 100 million Cosmic Expansion Rate (Recommended 665 charisma and 223,366 fleets)
Attained a TOC of over 300 million
Has powered up to at least level 400 in all physical levels
Has charisma and MNEC levels of over 600
Attempted a descension attack on another player

A single Ascended Attack (Descension: "Hit ... directly") will suffice to get this achievement. Check your achievements again. You should have it tagged.
It does not even matter if you were successful or not.

Ill have to try this once the times up should be shortly i just started learning ascwnded lol. Just finished the other 2 today also lol

The counter only starts running if 1. you have been hit by an Ascended Attack, or 2. you have hit someone with an Ascended Attack. You might want to check whether someone is trying to descend you, sir.
