Race Leader

I belive is time to improve a litle this game..no update no nothing for long time.
Its simple i lnow but to simple..
Anyway why we cant have a race leader who can send a message to all members?or to can kick sombody? he can be put there by voting...
ALSO BLITZKREIG STILL DONT WORK FOR VERY LONG TIME..we put money and time in this game but dont work properly iven now after half year after become life...

Sounds too Stargatewars.com to me, one person leading all the others. Boring in my opinion.
