Officers while at pleague

Do officers up boost count when you hit pleague?
and if you have 400k up, and your officers have 200k, do u benefit 200k from them, or 100k ? (raw unit productions, not total ofc)

No officer UP doesn't count after plague.

But they get to drain my income anyways, right ?
And i dont have officers, as their a waste of good naquadah.........

My understanding about the commander/officer relationship is its the % of income you give that sets the UP boost you get.
ie: if you are giving 30% income to you officer and he has a 400K UP
then you get 120K UP boost
If that's not right please tell me

If you have officers, they can add to your UP. They add their UP before their own officers, times half your officer income percent setting (which is 30)--to a maximum of half of your own UP -- ONLY when you are not experiencing the plague due to too much population in your realm.
