It not letting me the quantum boards when I login to the forum
"You are not authorised to read this forum."

Check your usergroups?
Do you have no quantum selected?

You are in "No Quantum" group, IF you go to UCP > UserGroups, click "No quantum" then leave

A bunch of people have been added to various of these groups; many were inactive and never logged in again. Maybe you were among them?

according to the logs, you joined it on 02:12:42, Monday 23 Feb 2009.
the log entry was in your username, so you weren't added to it by another user (i.e. staff member)
but it could've been some other event that did it for inexplicable reason(s)
