Therefore anyone with better covert level than 12 could sabb this guy with 5 spies..

i did send 5 it sabbed 1 wepon like wth how did he still do that much damage?
when i sabbed him first?

Because the strike is probably zero is it not?

If there is no strike weapons you cannot sabb away effectively, and sending in the minimum amount of spies also kills less. :p
