Stargate bleed-off

I just noticed that my Stargate is now bleeding off health without me doing anything. Anyone else notice this?

It did not. But my account must have been bugged until about a week ago, because it never bled off health unless I was raiding or giving out resources. Now it is consistently dropping 100 health every turn.

LOL, considering I make almost 500 million times the repair cost per turn I don't think that is going to happen.
Off topic: Anyone know what the limit for tradeable turns are? I always thought it was 1k, but I seem to be holding almost 1.5k right now...

Edit: I am massively building up income right now. Soon I will start saving up to power-ascend to level 20. I want to make it so I can quickly get to level 20 while still having enough naq to have a great start at 20.
