I upgraded my covert level and it didn't add any power to covert power, same happened with anticovert...why?

Care to elaborate on the level?

This seems to be primarily simply due to low numbers and rounding.

Edit: Works ok for me. I still think it is the issue I mentioned above. Mine went from 124 (lv5) to 128 (lv6).
