I believe Frozen Flame just sold rank 1 ME a few days ago.
And its atleast.. over 4 trill ME.

TBH When I got the account the ME rank was stuck in the 800s. I didn't know I had gotten the rank 1 ME account.

I was just poking some innocent fun at my friends in HVE, who are generally better known for their insane spamming abilities than for their obsession with ME
