it changed at the beginning of the last tourney and is still low. still have the same amount of fleets and charisma.

Can you...go onto your realm page, and tell me what it is there, then go to your introspection page and tell me what it is there and also post your physical expanse please.

just noticed they were saying different things, didn't actually calculate to see if i was really getting less or not.

according to my calculations you should be getting....104,733,619.8 planets per day, seems about right mate, after you pass 5 bill planets your Cosmic expansion rate decreases.
There is a spiel about it on the cosmic development, where you train fleets.
Also what's your charisma and fleets?

Which will equate to...450,830,968 per day, so yeah, she's all good. Have fun being over the cap anyway .

can raise that percentage some how?

The % cannot be changed, it's dependent on your physical expanse (total planet count), so basically the more you have the smaller it is and vice versa.
What you can do is to increase your uncapped CER, this will give you more CER per day (so just increasing your charisma and fleets). What you see on your introspection page is of course the uncapped version.

Alternatively, train everything in defence planets, have no weapons and PM me (or another) and we can bring you under the cap (I could bring you to 2.3B planets, another can then take over and take you all the way to, well.. less).. Then you can enjoy your full CER.
