Anyone who also gives a useful suggestion to improve lotto draws will automatically win 50b naq.

Also, anyone who gets someone else to join this lotto (or 3 or 4 or 5 more etc.) will receive 50b naq straight up, PER PERSON. (Just get the person to write something like "told to enter by XXXX" when they enter.

People seemed to enjoy previous lotto's so I would like to do my own.

I would like to hear suggestions of how to best set it up.. what did you like about the old ones, and what could be improved/changed/added?

It will be for naq only, and I will likely add 50-100b per entrant.

I created EXCELL file which should help you randomly pick up name, its in RAR cause it wouldnt accept xls file...
column A: names
column B: IDs, but not needed, only for checking

A question: what if someone can't take everything in one day?
I see 3 options:
- you will pay him all naq for few days until ge gets everything
- he gets 1 day naq and rest is staying with you
- he gets 1 day naq and rest goes to another player
