Yes to both, ZERO that's the reason for the Roughly I played (not well at all) for at least 8 months before I decided to join an alliance, I managed 2 ascensions and farmed about 500bil in total

Roughly 8 years, give or take two.. :P If you played in '05, you did not farm 500 bil in 8 months. You would have been the top farmer, not to mention with 2 ascensions one of the top ascenders too.. :-D Those sound like late '06, '07 figures.

I have not been descended either. Closest I came was when I had just spent my entire Cache on something and made a few descension hits without refueling.. almost descended myself.
Not really into that now, I log in enough to keep an eye on it, but my main occupation is building my CS up a little (aiming for 30Q, then different goal). :)

Impressive CS.
Account I just aquired has a CS of 1.1 quad :smt043

I don't even know where to begin with this account lolzies, but i think i have a fairly decent grasp on ascended....(9th place as a not well liked lone-wolf) last ascended tourny besides race war.
My CER is abissmal too at 395mil per day. But meh I can get it fixed up and a well oiled machine withen a few months, and at least I can protect desensions so that is something roflmao.

Curious as to what your CER is Jules? Like I said mine is around 395mil with only 400K fleets :'(

My CER is 1B. I have 1000 charisma and 766,000 fleets.
TOC is 3.5B, defensive skills are weak; all physicals 1500. Does that give you something to aim for? :P Or something to laugh at? ;)

My cs is 13 or 14q... And I haven't ever worked on it bar two weeks 3-4 years ago... :p mind you at that time it was... Much smaller.

It is not half of mine.. it actually is almost all of mine. :P Mine is 15Q now. (Well, 15.8Q, heh.) Though mine was 2Q up until I started on those achievements. ;) My goal is 30Q CS, then I will start investing in Fleets again. :D

Section Admins - who will be 'in charge' of the section in question. They will be responsible for the overall feel of the section, the setup/structure, and most importantly the community/users in the section. This will incorporate the old 'ombudsman' role. And insofar as the Section Admin is responsible for the users, they are also responsible for the high level mod behaviour towards the users.
So -as a user - if you have an issue with how you are treated, rules, bans, whatever --goto the section admin... They are there for you!

There is no 'reporting structure' in this setup -- tech, mod, and section admins are all on equal footing, each with their own (somewhat overlapping) responsibilities.
Mods report directly to the mod admin, and indirectly to the section admin for the section in which they mod.
