Add stronger weapons to avoid being stuck at 160 strength weapons forever like in the old origins server? 
Add the commander/officers feature without bonus for now. Limit to 10 officers.

Question would be, why?
I'm not dismissing the idea, I just wonder if increasing the max weapon strength will only result in the same situation down the track.
