How much should I hit for to catch up with everyone?

to catch up , you need to be hitting for about 12 tril per 15 . at that should only take you 2 years to catch up

I never hit under 180t.
But then again, I'm not one of the big bads on ascended.

erm some, i roll with a 23 tril strike ish . losses very small

40Q strike and I was hitting like 300T plus last year...

Everyone goes for different hits
I usually held a 60Q strike and take 300 t +, it depends on the time of day you farm as well, I found my timezone morning I would get near paramount results from farming.
If you consider your account to be average+ then you should consider hitting for 200-250+, it will depend on what you can find.
I would always aim to haul AT LEAST 20 Q per run without hurting my AT stash too much

depending how many turns I have 200t if near full 300t if closer to 1000 left.

You can farm 0 if that's the case
I have a 20 page list of 0 defences to farm. I normally hit for 300t, but if I have 4k ATs and don't fancy ascended, I will hit down to 200t.
