Accused me of being a scammer, and made up lies about me being on PPT...

If everything is paid off, I'm sure this will be cleared up with no issue. No Vendetta required and obviously yours and his name cleared of any problems at all.

Think this is about right, he thought you was ignoring him so setup a thread. The only logical thing he could really do. By the looks of it, since you still haven't payed him off you are a scammer and now a bully... Nice way to resolve a conflict!
