Allaince Command Award

I resent having to nominate a whole Empire or an whole Allaince when I wish to acknowledge a single persons leadership skills.
The award says Alliance Command, nowhere does it say you have to vote for the whole HC of an alliance/Empire.
If I think a particular leader stands out, I want the right to nominate that sole person/commander.
It is not an alliance HC of the year award..

I am sorry that you feel resentful about it.
While a leader does deserve recognition for their efforts, SupserSaiyan was a leader of HVE, not a particular alliance within HVE (from what I understand). Which means he does not qualify for Alliance Command of the Year.
Semantics? Certainly. But that's what it is.
I can see the benefits of adding an Empire of the Year Award in the future, or an Empire Command of the Year Award if either were to be something the community would support.

Or even an 'Alliance/Empire/Community Leader of the Year'.

Leader of the Year (all encompassing) might actually be a great award...

this award does seem a bit unfair to alliances that dont have a commands but rather have one leader
command kinda implies its a award soley for empires or the bigger alliances

If the one leader commands the alliance, they qualify for the award.

So it's game based 1ic, 2ic and 3ic for all alliance ids then?

Essentially, though they can be grouped together as "command" with a vote for the alliance itself.

Agreed, not every alliance is run by a committee of HC, most are but not all. However to make it simple, bring back ALLIANCE OF THE YEAR.

Agreed, not every alliance is run by a committee of HC, most are but not all. However to make it simple, bring back ALLIANCE OF THE YEAR.
