I'll warn you that there's a steep learning curve and looking around reddit or other forums for newbie tips would be a good idea. It has a huge love stream following if your interested in learning for that.
Once you get the hang of the game a bit, YouTube.com/redmercy has some good "guides" and stuff to teach you the basics of getting better.
It gets extremely addictive if you give it a chance though.
